The Rising W Chuckwagon is owned by Jim &
Debbie Walters out of Happy, Texas. It is a John Deere Farm Wagon built
by John Deere Co. The wagon was purchased in its original state from
Midwest Buggy. You can tell by looking that this wagon has worked all
of its life and continues to do so today. The only change to its
authenticity is a Chuck Box that was built and added by Jim Walters and
the A-Team.
The Grub-N-Grace Cookin' Team is made up of Jim and his wife, Debbie;
Sons, Tron and Cole Walters; Son-in-law Ben Bressler and his wife
Janda and sons Jayden (junior cobbler champion), Pace and Hayes (future
cooks) of Happy, Texas. Occasionally, friends help us out
on the wagon. The Rising W Chuckwagon has
cooked for competition, family reunions, group retreats, birthday
celebrations, company picnics, ranch events, wedding celebrations,
college events and cowboy church events. This team has cooked together
in many different gatherings for many years.
